Fitness timetable over the weekend will contain OVER 60 incredible classes including, Streetdance, Step Aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Fit2Fite, Kangoo, Indoor Cycling, Latino, Swiss Balls, Bollywood, Belly Dancing, Circuit Training, Combat, Soca & Ragga Aerobics, Body Conditioning and so much more.

    

When you are not working out you can immerse yourself in pamper treatments to soothe you from your workouts or just to give yourself that well needed ‘me time’. The luxurious sauna, steam Jacuzzi and pool will help you to achieve this.

2 Party nights: There are 2 nights of fun packed partying with our fine DJs Jerry Bascombe and Faze II featuring Frankie II Suite & Franky Beverley. They as always will be  carefully selecting tunes from the 60’s all the way up to present day. Friday is the Welcome Party and Saturday's theme is 'Comic Book Charaters'.
