Theo has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, during this time the has worked for various health clubs in the UK and globally, St Lucia, Jamaica and Spain. It was during this time he formulated the easy to follow, effective BodyBlast program.

The BodyBlast is a high low workout that focuses on improving the cardio with high repetitions and muscle toning with the use of dumbbells.

Carroll Crook

Carroll has been in the fitness industry for 18 years and teaches a wide variety of cardio, conditioning and mind/body classes - the last 7 years has seen her focus on teaching Pilates. Qualified in both Modern and Body Control Pilates, Carroll excels in teaching both group classes and 1:1s from beginners through to advanced levels in matwork and on equipment.

As a national presenter for Pilates, she has become renowned for her creativity, enthusiasm and individual approach to this popular mind/body method.

Weininger Irwin

Weiningers specialises in health, fitness, sports coaching, martial arts and dance services. The company was formed in 1998 and is managed by Weininger and Janice Irwin

Weininger Irwin has many years experience as a Regional Manager for one of England’s largest Corporate Fitness providers and is the 1992 London Weekend Television Gladiator Champion.

His mission statement is simply to enhance lives through movement and activity!

Lisa Maria Dzierzak

Lisa trained at The Urdang Academy of Ballet and performing Arts in London and has since worked as a professional Dancer all over the world.

Now the Lecturer and Director & Choreographer of the South Nottingham College Dance Performance Programme she delivers a variety of Fitness Courses.

Delvin Clarke

Delvin Clarke is an International Fitness Presenter, specialising in Step, Hi Lo, Latino, Conditioning and Indoor Cycling.

He has been in the Fitness Industry for over 17 years. As well as Presenting internationally he is also Director of Fitnbods Fitness a Private Fitness Centre in the West Midalnds.

Vibe Cycle is the Indoor Cycling concept created and educated by Delvin and is the No.1 indoor Cycling concept in the UK. He has a team of Vibe Cycle Educators and Presenters that Teach and Present all over the UK.
