The Winter Fitness Weekend at 3ness is far from cold, it is by far the warmest place to be at this time of year. Great classes, Great Entertainment and most importantly Great people will be in abundance at the first 3ness event of the year.
With state of the art conference facilities the Barceló Hinckley Island Hotel is the ideal choice for 3ness Fitness Events.
Our Fitness timetable over the weekend will contain OVER 70 incredible classes including, Streetdance, Step Aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Fit2Fite, Kangoo, Indoor Cycling, Latino, Swiss Balls, Bollywood, Zumba, Belly Dancing, Circuit Training, Combat, Soca & Ragga Aerobics, Body Conditioning and so much more.
When you are not working out you can immerse yourself in pamper treatments to soothe you from your workouts or just to give yourself that well needed ‘me time’. The luxurious sauna, steam Jacuzzi and pool will help you to achieve this.
