3ness Ltd joins the Soul Network (click HERE to see last years photos) for 1 week, 10 days or 2 weeks of Caribbean, Sun, Sand, Sea, Soul and Fitness.

Long overdue, 3ness has ventured back into the world of international holidays and we have deicded to do it in style with this trip of a lifetime to the beautiful island of Barbados.

We intend to go light on the fitness, so you will have the energy and time to explore the island and enjoy the partying supplied by the DJ's of Soul Network.

Fitness and Presenters

Our fitness program will cover 4 of the 7 days option and will average approximately 3 classes in any given day. Greg Francis, Pauline Thomas and Chris Roberts are the chosen presenters that will be on hand to bring you a wide range of classes including Fit2fite, Zumba, Dance, Soul Aerobics and more!!!

The Resort

The Coconut Court's enchanting atmosphere will put you immediately at ease and remind you how life should really be enjoyed.

Located on the vibrant and lively South Coast of this Bajan paradise the Coconut Court Beach resort combines the tranquility of the mesmerising crystal waters of the Caribbean sea with all the nightlife and activities you could wish for. And at only 2 and half miles from the cosmopolitan Barbadian capital Bridgetown the best restaurants and incredible tax free shopping are only a few minutes away.

The Coconut Court Beach Hotel has instituted a reef conservation programme that is designed to preserve, protect and improve safe swimming, diving and snorkeling.

The Coconut Court Beach Hotel's facilities include an amazing pool deck with hypnotic views over the sea, lounging areas to soak up the warm Caribbean sun, a freshwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's paddling pool as well as a beachfront bar.

Standard Oceanview Room - Twin room sleeps 2 adults with partial ocean view is equipped with air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone, one king sized bed or two double beds, electronic in-room safe, iron and board, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery and private balcony. This room category can accommodate 2 adults.
Standard Studio Apartment - Sleeps 1 adult or 1 adult/1 child with partial ocean view is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, two twin beds, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, stainless steel kitchen sink, traditional oven with four burner stove, cutlery and crockery and private balcony. Safety deposit boxes are located in the hotel lobby at no additional cost.

Prices (Includes room and continental breakfast) - Children aged 12 and under are entitled to free accommodation and breakfast. They must be accompanied by 1 or 2 full paying adults. Prices do not include flights or transfers.

Your accommodation will be chosen from the above options and will be allocated dependant on the size and make up of your booking.

When it comes to accommodation there are no bad choices, however it is worth noting that the 3 and 4 adult options though great value are 'cosy', so if you can stretch your finances to 1 person 1 bed we would advise that you do!!

Thurs 18th Oct	Soul & Jazz & Fun & Games & 3ness Fitness on the Beach Then watch the sunset Show your pass on the door for Free entry to the Venue Free Sun bed, Sea trampoline, & rope swing into the sea (if you dare!) DJ's playing soul Jazz, rare groove, Whilst you sip on rum punch, and enjoy the beautiful tropical surroundings.Take a dip in the sea, and make use of the fun facilities!
Fri 19th Oct	3ness Fitness on the Beach & Discover Barbados! Then Group trip out to Oistins fish fry We will be meeting in reception at 19:00 . At Oistins you can experience some of the best fried fish in the Caribbean Even more fun with all the group!!
Sat 20th Oct	Theme Night Party Our first official Club night of the Holiday, for all those who have come along for the 2 week option Holiday. Don't forget your costumes!!!
Sun 21st Oct	Lime all Day Party & 3ness Fitness on the Beach With Soul Network DJs Soul , Salsa & Jazz on the Beach DJ's playing all the best Soul salsa & Jazzy Grooves, A chance to mix & have fun with the Locals , Happy hour 18:00
