3ness Fitness Weekends introduce the many enjoyable and different ways to exercise to persons who have never exercised before to those who have fitness as part of their everyday life. The weekends main aim is to satisfy your personal needs whether you wish to workout all day, party all night or relax by having a Massage, Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi or dip in the pool.

Over a typical weekend break there are over 60 different classes to choose from including Streetdance, Aerobics, Pilates, Step, Circuits, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Running, Aqua, Swiss Balls, Walking, Kangoo, Legs, Bums & Tums, Combat and many more!!

We do not only concentrate on the body as included are free seminars on Nutrition, Wealth and Life Coaching, as we feel it’s as important to enrich the Soul and Mind, as it is the Body.
